1) Cleaning the floor and confirm that the and substrates must be dry before, during and 24 hours after the application of adhesive.
2) It could install on concrete, asphalt, geo-textile fabric and many other kinds of floor directly.Make a pre-established lines to design how to put the tiles in the area. 3) Using a notched trowel to apply the adhesive, and applying adhesive on the base of each tile.
4) Begin installation from the corner of choice. Lay first the comer pieces. Work out from the corner As the tiles are laid, use a rubber mallet to gently nudge them into place until they are snug,
5) You could cut the tile according to your type of you place. When installing the last row of tiles, make certain there is a good, snug fit between the laid tiles and the barrier. If trimming the tiles is needed, a standard non-retractable utility knife or a band saw should be used.
6) Allow 24 hours for adhesive to cure before opening area for use.

Installation

1. According to the blueprint, you should confirm the place you will install first. And cleaning the place.

2. Each joint of the grass should be connected by the connecting cloth with glue.(We will supply you the connecting cloth with your grass). Then Make the whole grass connect together. The glue needs 2.5kg/sqm

3. Connecting the grass with 3-8mm joint, then put the seaming cloth under it. Keep the seam less than 3mm. Brush the glue on the seaming cloth and after 10-30minutes, the glue is not adhesive when your hand touch it. You could connect the grass at one time. Then using the rubber hammer to fix them.
 
4. Fill the quartz sand or rubber granule. For filling them in the artificial grass could protect the grass yarn for the sand is all hiding in the base of the grass. The thickness of the sand fill in the grass is based on the pile height of the grass, normally the sand is 5mm lower than the grass. And it need 8kg/sqm of rubber granule.
 
5. Cleaning the place again and check that the size and if the grass is adhesive firmly with the ground. Dealing with the uneven quartz sand or rubber granule.

6. Maintenance of the grass: cleaning the waste on the surface of the grass. The dust would be subside in the quartz sand/ rubber granule or sweep out when it’s raining. Also you could water on the grass by manual work
